This beautiful semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area in Candelaria. It is bright, spacious and has been decorated in a modern and tasteful style. It offers everything you could ask for a comfortable vacation: large terrace with private pool, garden with solarium and a barbecue area.
The house is divided into 2 floors. In the lower part there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace with pool, a fully equipped kitchen, an office and a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet.
The upper floor has three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower and 1.80m double bed. The other two bedrooms both have double beds and a large bathroom with bathtub.

The location is perfect, not only to enjoy a southern climate, sunny and with spring-like temperatures all year round, but also as a starting point to get to know the island through multiple excursions. The capital Santa Cruz is only 15 minutes away with endless possibilities for shopping, tasting the local gastronomy or enjoying a wide cultural program throughout the year. The coast and the town of Candelaria are a 5 minute walk from the town center with supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
