Description
Newly built dream holiday home with heatable private pool for the exclusive use of our guests, surrounded by banana plantations in the sun-soaked south-west of the island. The location is unique and the centre of Alcalá with its small sandy beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Particularly noteworthy is the large covered and furnished terrace with sea views and the artificial grass solarium for sunbathing, which can be enjoyed all year round thanks to the sun-safe and mild climate of the south-west.
On request and with an extra charge of 15 €/day, the pool can even be heated.
The new building was designed for absolute comfort. Bright and modernly furnished, it has a large living and dining area with integrated and fully equipped kitchen to the terrace, a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and integrated shower room in suite, a further bedroom with 2 single beds and an additional shower room. High-speed WiFi and Smart TV are of course also available free of charge.
There are 2 holiday homes on the huge finca with their own private pools, which are completely separate. Only the driveway and, if desired, the parking space are shared, as the holiday home also has a private parking space in the separate plot.
An absolute highlight for couples or families looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in the south of the island, far away from any tourist strongholds.
The small fishing village of Alcalá not only offers all kinds of shopping facilities and a variety of bars and restaurants, but also many bathing opportunities on the small sandy beaches and natural swimming pools. A beach promenade with an extensive range of sports and games is particularly suitable for children to let off steam.
Parties, other celebrations and access by strangers (not foreseen in the reservation) is not allowed. Noise disturbance of the neighbours is to be avoided after 22.00 hrs.
Groups of travellers under 25 years of age are not allowed.
