The pebble beach is located about 600 m away and the sandy beach 350 meters away. For hikers, the location offers a variety of hiking trails in the Anaga mountains directly from the house.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
